Manage immigration office with at least 5 employees and supervising final work product of immigration submission packets. Assist clients preparing government forms for their final interview process in their country of origin. Manage client services and manage all immigration cases.

Position is based in Stockton, CA and traveling back and forth to offices in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Licensing and Language Requirements:
  • Must communicate in both Spanish and English
  • Must be insurable, over 21 years of age, pass a physical and drug test, and must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Preparing immigration submission packets
  • Preparing clients for their consular processing interview in their country of origin
  • Communicating with US government officials with the Department of State.
  • Manage a team of at least 5 employees.
  • Preparing all United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) forms with clients
  • Traveling back and forth to Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico-- Assist clients at their final interview to receive their Immigrant Visas
  • Computers — Use of computer systems (including hardware) to enter data, client information or process information.
  • Managing phone calls- Monitor phone lines and supervise call volume per employee. Organize the order of phone calls to each employee
  • Manage calendar—Schedule appointments for all potential clients and existing clients with attorneys and paralegals
  • Knowledge of Security protocol in Mexico—Understand Country Reports issued by the Department of State. Explain risks with corrupt governments officials and guide them with safety tips
  • Scheduling all appointments for Consular Processing—medical appointments, biometric appointments, Police Clearance letter appointment, hotel bookings and scheduling pick up times with Courier Services
  • Understanding rejection notices by the U.S. Consulate
  • Interacting with Mexican Consulate officials in the United States- Requesting birth certificates, passports, and police clearance request authorization letters
